Romania
National Seminar |
This event will be associated with the first project meeting and will mark the launch of the project. The HOSPICE will host the event. The purpose of the event will be to promote the project and engage Romanian key stakeholders and experts, namely those representatives in the region, but can have national representatives (e.g.: Romanian Prison Administration and Romanian Associations dealing with offenders), to discuss it and receive feedback. Besides presenting project background, objectives and timeline, the focus will also be in the first outputs to be developed.

International Final Conference |
Scheduled for November 2018, this event will be associated with the final project meeting and will mark project closure, where all outputs results and impact can be appraised and presented. HOSPICE together with ANP will host the event. The purpose of the event will be to promote the project and engage European and national key stakeholders and experts, namely those representatives to discuss it and provide feedback and input about the project outputs future adoption.

Portugal

Set for June 2017, this event will be associated with the second project meeting and will mark a project milestone, where project’s first results - Output O1 - can be presented. BSAFE LAB together with the Portuguese prison service (DGRSP) will host the event. The purpose of the event will be to promote the project and engage Portuguese key stakeholders and experts, namely those representatives in the region, but can have national representatives, discuss it and provide feedback and input about future adoption of project results.
Besides presenting project background, objectives and timeline, the focus will also be in outputs in development – O2 and O3. Leader: BSAFE LAB |
Norway
National Seminar |
Scheduled for January 2018, this event will be associated with the third project meeting and will mark a project milestone, where first outputs results and impact can be appraised and presented: O1 and O2/A1 (training toolkit). Output O3 and O4 can also be analyzed, even if partially.
The Department of Forensic Psychiatry at Haukeland University Hospital (HUS) will host the event. The purpose of the event will be to promote the project and engage Norwegian key stakeholders and experts, namely those representatives in the region, but can have national representatives, discuss it and provide feedback and input about the project results future adoption. This event will follow the fourth project meeting and will mark a project milestone, where results and impact of O2and O3 can be presented, namely the training courses and materials. The purpose of the event will be to promote the project and engage Belgian key stakeholders and experts, namely those representatives in region, but can have national representatives, discuss it and provide feedback and input about the project results future adoption.
